A resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile are effective when they communicate talent, skills, value (professional brand, and show past contributions. All of the great career details differentiate professionals. 

Interviews

For many organizations, video interviews are the norm. Learn how to use technology and get comfortable with video meetings. Be prepared for discussions about career details, accomplishments, and how you can help. An interview is not the time to be shy about your career. 

Interviews provide an opportunity to ask questions, learn about the organization, understand job responsibilities, and meet potential team members.

 

For some jobs, a remote working environment is the new norm. Know your work style and be prepared to create a home office if needed for your next job. The job market is changing, and there are job opportunities.
